It includes seven encyclopedia databases: Encyclopedia America, Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia, The New Book of Knowledge, La Nueva Enciclopedia Cumbre, America the Beautiful, Lands and Peoples, and The New Book of Popular Science. Grolier Online is an integrated reference portal with two interfaces: Grolier Online Kids for children in grades 3 to 5, and Grolier Online Passport, for older children and adults.

America the Beautiful — is a comprehensive source about the states and territories of the United States of America with lots of pictures, maps and statistics.
Encyclopedia Americana Online — includes the full text of the print Encyclopedia Americana and more.
Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia— contains articles, bibliographies and more.
Lands and People— provides information on cultures, geography, languages, and news and history of every independent country and continent in the world with maps, flags, photos, and Web links.
New Book of Knowledge— has features of the print version plus Wonder Questions, facts and figures, projects and experiments, literary selections, and more.

New Book of Popular Science Online— contains hundreds of articles in the print version plus science games, puzzles, and brain teasers. Top-of-the-news science stories are updated weekly.
Nueva Enciclopedia Cumbre en linea— was conceived and developed with the Spanish-speaking peoples of the Americas as its focus. Based on the print encyclopedia, Cumbre, it contains thousands of articles, thousands of photographs, and more.
